Refund policy

At Anvaya, each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be considered in the event of a damaged product.

To request an exchange, customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damage

  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

  • Order details

Requests submitted without photo and video proof may not be eligible for review.

Products approved for exchange must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • In the same condition in which they were received

Products that show signs of use, damage, alterations, or missing tags/packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping

In cases where an exchange is approved, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Other Concerns

Any concerns not covered under this policy will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis at Anvaya's discretion.
